These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Legacy website, membership portal, community features and resources (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

About Legacy and these Terms
“Legacy”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Legacy Implant Support, registered at 220 Ditchling Rd, Brighton, BN1 6JE.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or over to create an account or become a member.
You must provide accurate information when registering and keep it updated.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and for all activity on your account.

Please do not share other people’s personal information in the community or upload identifying medical documents.
Membership, billing and cancellations
If you purchase a membership, you agree to pay the fees shown at checkout and any applicable taxes. Membership may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.
Billing: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription via your membership page.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.
Community rules
Legacy is a private, moderated community. By participating, you agree to:

- Do not promote clinics, surgeons, products, or commercial services (no ads/solicitation)
- Protect privacy: do not share private information about others without consent
- Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content
We may remove content, restrict posting, or suspend accounts where needed to protect members and maintain a safe environment.
Content and intellectual property
All site content, resources, designs and materials provided by Legacy are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may access content for your personal use only. You must not copy, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit content without written permission.
User content: you retain ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant Legacy a licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Services and for moderation/safeguarding.
Not medical advice
Legacy provides educational information and peer support only. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Liability and disclaimers
